You'll need

  • 2 ml Sangria Siesta Mushroom Mocktail (2 full droppers)
  • 2 oz tart cherry juice
  • Sprinkle of activated charcoal (for colour)
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • Pinch of edible silver glitter

Make it

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the cherry juice and drops, then top with sparkling water.
  3. Sprinkle in charcoal and glitter
  4. Stir

You'll need

  • 2 ml Bliss Spritz Mushroom Mocktail
  • 2 oz butterfly pea tea, chilled
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Edible glitter, lemon wheel

Make it

  1. Add ice, drops and sparkling water to a wine glass.
  2. Pour the tea in slowly so it layers blue.
  3. Squeeze in the lemon on camera: it shifts from blue to violet.
  4. Garnish with glitter and the lemon wheel.

Chapter Three

Mate-cha Latte

Soft, green, and devoted. Your mate in a mug.

You'll need

  • 2 ml My Café French Vanilla (2 full droppers)
  • A few fresh strawberries
  • Maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha whisked into 2 oz warm water
  • 6 oz oat milk
  • Splash of cream + pinch of pink dragonfruit powder (optional, for colour), for the foam

Make it

  1. Muddle the strawberries with a little maple syrup in the bottom of the glass for a simple strawberry syrup base.
  2. Add ice and the oat milk, then stir in the My Café drops.
  3. Pour the whisked matcha over the top so it layers.
  4. Froth the cream with the dragonfruit powder until foamy and pink, then spoon it on top.
  5. Stir before drinking.

  • 2 cups cranberry juice (or 2oz per serving)
  • 1 L sparkling water (or 8 oz per serving)
  • Frozen cranberries, orange slices, pomegranate seeds

Make it

  1. Stir the juice and drops together in a punch bowl or in your own glass top with sparkling water, and add the fruit.
