We hope you love your Ananda Elixirs products. In addition to our 30-Day Love It Guarantee, customers in the European Union have certain statutory cancellation and return rights.

💛 30-Day Love It Guarantee

Trying Ananda for the first time? If you’re not head-over-heels for your first bottle, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily refund one bottle.

Our 30-Day Love It Guarantee:

• Applies to first-time customers only.
• Is limited to one bottle per household.
• Applies only to purchases made directly through anandaelixirs.com.
• Does not include a refund of shipping charges.

If you purchased from a retailer or other third party, please contact that retailer directly.

🇪🇺 Your EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account or contact us at contact@anandaelixirs.com.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, eligible products must be returned in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products to us, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Opened & Unsealed Products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery and are no longer suitable for return are not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.

This means that the EU right of withdrawal does not give customers a general right to open, consume, or try our products and then return the opened products for a full refund.

Our separate 30-Day Love It Guarantee may still cover one bottle from a first-time purchase, subject to the terms above.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at contact@anandaelixirs.com as soon as possible.

These situations are handled separately from our voluntary Love It Guarantee and the 14-day right of withdrawal, and nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For statutory withdrawals, any refund of standard outbound delivery charges will be handled as required by applicable EU consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.
